Evochef Dosa maker has been a lifesaver for us. Our kids eat super crispy dosa daily and it took hours for me to make them . Some days tawa doesn't help and sometimes batter. When I saw Evochef Dosa maker on Instagram, I fell in love with it but wanted to try this in person before purchasing. We went to a store to do a trial and were happy. It's been an year and it's still going great. The best part is no need to check if it's done, flip and wait. Set the preferences and enjoy eating. weightloss conscious people can avoid oil too. I would definitely recommend purchasing it. It's economical when compared to other products in the market. Their customer service is very good. I needed a spare and they sent immediately. They also arranged for a person to fix it.
So, I had complained on Amazon and nothing happened! The product had been sitting for 6 months… then I found their ad on Instagram and contacted them. I even wrote warning customers about their ‘no response’… however I was pleasantly surprised when I called them and found a most welcoming and apologetic Mr. Bala… for the delay . He promised prompt service… and Chitra helped with the issue. Had the most amazing experience of watching a dosa being printed!!! Tasty and fluffy.Thank you team Evochef. You have another happy customer.Grateful.
